¼ c. brown sugar
¼ c. minced green onion
¼ c. bourbon
¼ c. low sodium soy sacue
¼ c. Dijon mustard
½ tsp. ground pepper
1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
2 lb. flank steak
½ tsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except steak and cornstarch in a large ziploc heavy weight plastic bag. Mix well.
2. Score steak on both sides. About ⅛" to ¼" deep (depending on thickness of steak) in diamond design. Add steak to marinade.
3. Marinade overnight or at least 8 hours, turning occasionally.
4. Prepare grill. Remove steak from marinade and reserve. Grill 5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is reached. Remove steak to cutting board.
5. Let sit 10 minutes. Slice thinly across the grain.
6. Combine remaining marinade with cornstarch in a saucepan. Bring to boil; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Serve with steak.
