1 lb ground beef
1 lb sausage
1 lb velveeta
1 tsp oregano
1 T italian seasoning
1-2 loaves of peperidge farm party rye or small sliced bread

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and drain. Add cheese and seasoning and mix it all well. Spread mixture over rye bread. You can store the ready made "nachos" in the fridge or freezer until you are ready to heat and serve. Place nachos on cookie sheets and toast in oven at 350 for about 20 minutes.
