3 tabs pure olive oil
3/4 tsp oregano
2 cloves garlic
1 can crushed Roma tomatoes
3/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
2 cups white wine
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar (opt)

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2 quart saucepan on medium heat, sauté basil,Oregano red flakes and garlic in oil for 1 to 2 minutes ( don't brown garlic). Add wine and simmer 10 to 12 minutes or until alcohol has evaporated. Add tomatoes,cover partially and simmer on low heat approximately 20 minutes. Taste sauce and add salt. Stir and taste again, if too acidic,add sugar. Serve on pasta.

Roma tomatoes tend to be a bit sweeter and make a nicer sauce,especially those imported from Italy.
