3 Lb. Chuck Roast
2-3 Ribs Chopped Celery
1 Bottle Catsup (22 oz. +/-)
2 Tbsp. Worchestershire Sauce
3 small Onions (or 2 Medium)
2 tbsp. Cider Vinegar
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1 Tbsp. Salt
Pepper to taste
1/4 C. Water

Directions:
Combine all in a roasting pan and cover tightly. Cook either in the oven oe on stove top over low heat for about 4 hours or until meat falls apart and shreds easily. Skim off fat and discard any bones. Serve with bakery buns and cole slaw. (Don't be tempted to lift the lid too often as this dries the sauce. If that happens just add a bit of water).
