2-3 tomatoes
1 tsp. tamarind
1/2 tsp. cumin (ground)
1/2 tsp. peppercorns
2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
1/2 tsp. black mustard seeds
2 red chilis
2 c. water
cilantro as garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Fry perppercorns, garlic, mustard see, cumin seed and chilis in a small fry pan with a bit of oil. In a larger pan, boil tomatoe, ground cumin and tamarind. Slowly add fried spices to boiling tomatoes. Serve over rice.
