1/2 cup warm water
2 pkg. active dry yeast (stir to dissolve with the water)
1 1/2 cup lukewarm milk (1 1/2 cup water with powdered milk added) ( 1/3 + 1/6 cup dry milk)
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
2 eggs (beaten)
2/3 cup oil
6 cups flour (add 2 cups, then 2 cups, then 1 cup then 1 cup).

Do not knead. Stir until well blended. Let rise until double about 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours. Push down and let rise again about 1 hour. Roll out. Cut out doughnuts. Let rise again. Fry in hot oil. (190ºC or 375ºF.) Dip in glaze: 1/2 cup powdered sugar. 1/3 cup boiling water. 1/2 tsp vanilla
