2 pounds hamburger
1-1/2 cups chopped celery
1 small onion
1/2 cup slightly cooked rice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of chicken and rice soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 large can Chinese noodles
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger celery and onion. Add rice, soy sauce and salt and pepper. Stir in all soups. Mix in 1/2 can noodles and place in a large casserole dish. Place last half of noodles on top and bake in a 325º oven for 1 1/2 hours.
