2 day old croissants, cut in half horizontally
2 oz. milk chocolate shavings
1 small banana, cut diagonally into 1/4 inch slices

Directions:
Directions:
Lay the bottom half of each croissant, cut side up, on a clean surface. Sprinkle with about 2/3 of the chocolate, dividing equally. Arrange the banana slices on top, then sprinkle with the remaining chocolate. Place the top half of the croissant, cut side down on each.

The sandwiches can be baked in a preheated panini maker, or quesadilla maker for 5-7 minutes.

Serve immediately.
