Ingredients:  
2 lbs. of boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 1/2 packages of taco seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste
Chicken Broth
1 Can of Rotel

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place 3-4 Chicken Breast in bottom of crockpot
2. Combine taco seasoning, salt and pepper and sprinkle over chicken breast.
3. Pour chicken broth to fill bottom of the crockpot about 1-1 1/2 inches of the crockpot
4. Top with Rotel Tomatoes
5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, then shred chicken with a fork

NOTE: Serve with warm tortillas and Taco Toppings
