1 bunch broccoli or 1 pkg frozen
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cheddar cheese,grated
1/4 cup melted butter
2 eggs,beaten
1 onion,finely chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg almond and herb stuffing mix
Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli until crisp tender,then drain. Meanwhile combine egg,onion, mayonnaise and soup. Using a 2 quart casserole dish,layer cooked broccoli, grated cheese and egg mixture. Top with stuffing crumbs. Combine seasoned stuffing mix with melted bitter and sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 30 minutes @ 350. Makes 6 servings
