1 c yogurt
1 T lemon juice
2 t ground cumin
1 t ground cinnamon
2 t cayenne pepper
2 t freshly ground black pepper
4 t salt, or to taste
3 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
1 T butter
1 clove garlic
1 jalapeņo pepper, finely chopped
2 t round cumin
2 t paprika
3 t salt
1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
1 c heavy cream
1/4 c chopped cilantro

Directions:

In a large bowl combine yogurt, lemon juice, 2 t cumin, cinnamon, cayenne, black pepper, ginger and 4t salt. Stir in chicken, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Preheat grill. Lightly oil grill grates. Thread chicken onto skewers. Discard marinade. Grill until juices run clear, approx. 5 min. on each side.

Melt butter in a large heavy skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic and jalapeno for 1 min. Season with 2 t salt and cumin, paprika and 3 t salt. Stir in tomato sauce and cream. Simmer on low heat until sauce thickens, about 20 min. Add grilled chicken, simmer 10 min. Transfer to serving platter and top with cilantro.
