1 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 onion, diced
2 c. carrots, cooked and mashed
1 c. fine bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Place mixture in greased casserole or ring jello mold. Bake at 300º for 30-40 minutes. Done when knife comes out clean.
