2 lbs. boneless white meat chicken, uncooked
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1/4-1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
8 oz. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing (crumbly)
1 stick margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Combine soup and sour cream in bowl. Cover bottom of 9x13" with 1/3 of soup mixture. Cut chicken in bite size pieces and layer. Cover chicken with slices of Swiss cheese; pour remainder of soup mixture over the cheese. Sprinkle stuffing mixture over the top. Drizzle melted butter over the stuffing. Cover and bake 1 hour. Can be prepared a day ahead. Bake-freeze-thaw-heat!
