one large onion
1 pound hamburger brown
2 cloves garlic
1 12 ounce can kidney beans
2 8 ounce cans tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 pound grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons vinegar
tortilla chips
Directions:
Directions:
oven temp 375°F
sauté onion, and meat and cook until brown and crumbly. Add salt, garlic, tomato sauce, vinegar, chili powder. Mix in beans. Butter a casserole dish put in a layer of tortilla chips on bottom of casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and half of the meat mixture and repeat until all ingredients are gone, bake 20 min. serve with sour cream
