milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in saucepan. Add approximately 2 tablespoons flour. If using flour you'll have to use or to get something thick and whisk butter and flour into smooth paste. Pour in approximally 1 cup milk, stir constantly until mixture thickens and ingredients you are creaming already cooked and you are done.
