2 c. pinto beans
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. molasses
1 qt. tomatoes, canned
1/4 c. diced onions
1/2 c. diced bacon or ham

Directions:
Directions:
Soak the beans overnight. The next day, boil until soft. Measure beans and juice and to each 2 cups beans and juice add all the ingredients. Put into roaster. Bake 6-8 hours at 300º. Mix occasionally, and add water if the beans start to get dry.

To can: After beans are baked, pack into jars and process. Pressure cooker - 60 minutes, 10 pounds.
