1 lb. ground Italian sausage
12 slices Texas toast garlic bread
1/2 c. butter
2 med onions, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 c. chicken broth
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bake garlic bread @ 450º F for 10 min; cool and cut into 1 1/2" pieces. Place pieces in a bowl; lower oven to 325º F. In large skillet, brown and cook crumbled sausage until no longer pink. Drain. Remove from skillet, set aside. In same skillet, melt butter and saute onion, celery, and green pepper until tender. In a large mixing bowl, combine sausage, veggie mixture, and garlic toast. Add eggs and broth; toss gently. Add pepper to taste. Spoon into a buttered 3-4 quart baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 325º F for 60 min. Uncover and bake 10 min longer or until lightly browned.
