1 - 10 3/4oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 - 6 1/2oz. can of tuna, drained and flaked
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. pimento
2 T. snipped parsley
4 eggs, separated

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan heat and stir condensed soup. Stir in tuna, rice, pimento and parsley. Heat.
Beat egg whites to stiff peaks, set aside. Beat yolks till thick and lemon colored. Slowly stir in tuna mixture. Fold in beaten egg whites, turn into an ungreased 2 qt. souffle dish. Bake uncovered, at 350º F till set in center, 30-35 minutes.
Serve immediately with a cheese sauce, if desired.
