2 1/4 cups flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter softened
1/2 cup shortening
3/4 cups packed brown sugar
1 cup All-Bran or bran buds
3/4 cups granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon canola
6 ounces chocolate chips

Directions:

oven temp 350°F
beat together butter, shortening, and sugars until well blended beat in eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, soda, and salt. Mix wet and dry ingredients together. Stir in chocolate chips and serial. Drop into cookie sheet bake 10 – 12 min.
