25-30 medium tomatoes (I guess at the amount)
2-4 jalapeņos (to your taste)
7 medium onions
8 cloves of garlic
1 cup celery
1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
1/3 to 1/2 cups sugar
1/8 cup pickling salt (Kosher)
1/4 cup cumin
1/4 cup oregano
1 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and chop tomatoes, onions, celery and jalapeņos. Mix and then add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil (uncovered). Reduce heat to low and simmer till desired thickness. (Usually 6-8 hours)

You may add 1/4 cup paprika or chili powder for added color and taste. I do not.
