1 - 8-ounce cream cheese
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
10 slices bacon, crumbled or bacon bits
2 green onions, minced
1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
12 jalapeņo peppers, halved (stems too) & seeded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder and salt. Beat at medium speed until smooth. Add bacon, green onions and bell pepper, beating to combine. Spoon or pipe cheese filling into jalapeņos; bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
