1 pkg. Sandwich Bread
1 lb. pkg bacon
1 - 2 jars Crunchy Skippy© Peanut Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Remove crust from bread and flatten with a rolling pin.
Spread flattened bread slices with peanut butter, slice in three equal pieces and roll up tightly. Slice bacon in thirds the long way; wrap rolled up bread with a slice of bacon, and use a toothpick to hold the roll together. Place on a broiler pan.

Place broiler pan in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, using toothpicks, flip over, and bake for another 10-20 minutes, until bacon is done, remove and serve.

Dish will freeze well and can be made ahead of time and kept in the refrigerator until ready to cook.
