2 pounds pearl onions (any small onion)
3 Tbps. Margarine or butter
2 tbps. Currant jelly (or grape)
2 tsp. Sugar
1/8 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil onions 1 minute. Remove from heat and put into ice cold water.
2. Peel onions, leaving a small part of root ends to hold their shape (not always possible)
3. In deep skillet, boil 1 inch of water, add onions and cook till tender.
4. Wipe skillet dry and melt butter, jelly, sugar and salt, stirring occationally.
5. Add onions and cook until browned and glazed.
