Mix:
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder

Any kind of fruit - canned, frozen & thawed, fresh.

350º, 45 minutes - Melt butter put in 9 x 9 baking dish - pour other 4 ingredient mixture over melted butter - do not mix..pour fruit over top and bake.
