1 lb. Colby or mild cheddar cheese - shredded
5 boiled eggs
5 sweet pickles
1 large jar pimentos drained

Salad dressing to taste - or mayo
Directions:

Grind all above (we use the old fashioned hand grinder that clamps on the counter top) and add salad dressing to taste.
