1 cup plus 2 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
2 eggs
½ cup canned pumpkin
2 Tbsp butter, melted


Syrup:
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
2 cups cold water
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Waffles:
First combine all dry ingredients, then wet ingredients together and then combine all together. Bake in waffle iron.

Syrup:
In a large saucepan combine the sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and water until
smooth. Bring to boil; cook and stir for 2 min or until thickened. Remove from
heat. Stir in butter and vanilla.
