1 loaf French bread
½ cup olive oil
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 tomatoes chopped
1/4 cup chopped onion
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Slice bread into 1 in slices and place on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and bake at 325 fro 10-12 min. Meanwhile combine all other ingredients. Spoon onto toasted bread. Serve immediately.
