2 ½ cups flour
½ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups granulated sugar
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
½ cup milk
1 bottle red food coloring
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1st 4 ingredients and set aside. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs 1 at a time. Mix in sour cream, milk, food coloring and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture on low speed until just blended. Do not over beat. Batter makes enough for a 9x13 pan plus a few cupcakes. Don’t pour all of it into
a 9x13 it will be too much. Bake 350 for 35-40 min.

Spread with cream cheese frosting.
