4-5 chicken breasts
1 jar salsa
¼ - ½ cup brown sugar
1 can drained black beans
1 can drained corn
1 package cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in crock pot and add all other ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours. Shred chicken and use as a filling for tacos or enchiladas or on top of rice. (My favorite is to use as enchilada filling and then smothered with enchilada sauce and cheese and baked in the oven until bubbly.) If you like it even sweeter you can use mango salsa.
