1 lb. ground pork sausage, browned
21/4 cups milk
10 eggs
11/2 tsp. dry mustard
pinch of salt
11/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 slices (about 2 cups) bread cubed
1 cups of onion chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350F.
Brown sausage meat.
Drain and set aside
In a large bowl, combine milk, eggs dry mustard and salt
Beat 1 minute on medium speed
Stir in cheese, bread and sausage
Pour into ungreased 13 X9 inch pan
Bake for 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Tip: To make ahead, prepare, cover and refrigerate overnight and bake uncovered for 40 to 50 minutes the next day.
