1 can cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 8oz. package Velveeta cheese
1 beaten egg
1 2lb. bag of frozen broccoli (cook as directed on package)
Ritz Crackers
Butter

Directions:

Combine:
1 can cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 8oz. package velveeta cheese
1 beaten egg
Add to:
1 2lb. bag of frozen broccoli (cook as directed on package)
I have use fresh broccoli and I have used a combination of fresh and frozen
Pour into a greased casserole dish and top with Ritz cracker crumbs and dot with butter
Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Here is my Broccoli Bake Recipe. It is a must that I make this for our Family Christmas Get together. I now have to make double the recipe because it goes so fast.
