1 CUP LOW FAT COTTAGE CHEESE

2 CUPS NON FAT YOGURT

½ CUP OF SPLENDA (OR SUGAR)

1 TBSP. FLOUOR

1 WHOLE EGG

2 EGG WHITES

2 TSP. VANILLA

STIR TOGETHER THE GRAHAM CRMBS & APPLESAUCE UNTIL WELL COMBINDED.

PRESS FIRMLY OVER BOTTOM & PART WAY UP SIDES OF AN 80INCH SPRINGFORM PAN.

BAKE AT 350 f FOR 7 MINUTES. LET IT COOL REDCUE OVEN TO 300.



IN A BLENDER OR FOOD PROCESSOR, WHIRL COTTAGE CHEESE & YOGURT

UNTIL SMOOTH & GLOSSY ( 1 MINUTE)

ADD SPLENDA,EGG WHITES,VANILLA& WHIRL UNTIL SMOOTH.



POUR FILLING INTO CRUST & BAKE ABOUT 55 MINUTES UNTIL TOP FEELS

DRY WHEN TOUCHED & CENTRE JIGGLES SLIGHTLY WHEN PAN IS GENTLY SHAKEN.

COOL COMPLETELY, WRAP & REFIGERATE OVERNIGHT.
