Can of frosting or squeeze tubes of frosting
Directions:

Place frosting in decorating bag and pipe the decoration around cookies as you desire.

If you do not have knack for using the bag, you can just frost the whole cookie and

Sprinkle with holiday sugars, sprinkles etc.
