Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1/4 cup sugar (we use splenda)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons peanut butter (I use creamy but you can use crunchy)
1 egg
3 tablespoons evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix these ingredients together well
then add this mixture
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Mix the liquid ingredients with the dry ingredients until blended well
then add
2 cups old fashioned oatmeal
1 1/2 cups rice cereal
Mix for 45 seconds
then add
1 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Mix all above ingredients for 1 minute

Grease a 13X9 pan and dump mixture in. Press mixture evenly into pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes
'Score surface with butter knife into desired squares.
Cool for 2 hours or enjoy them while they are hot!!!!
