2 cans minced clams (do not drain)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 onion
1 garlic clove
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley
Few dashes of Tabasco (to taste)
Few dashes of cayenne pepper
1/8 lb. butter or margarine
1/2 c. flavored bread crumbs
Mozzarella cheese or American cheese
Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer clams and lemon juice for 15 minutes. Mince and simmer until soft, onion, garlic, oregano, parsley, Tabasco, pepper, and butter. Mix all together. Add bread crumbs. Spread in pie plate and top with slice mozzarella or American cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. When ready to serve, bake at 300º for 25 - 30 minutes or until cheese melts.
