2 dozen vanilla wafers
2 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 T. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Place paper cups in muffin pans. Place vanilla wafer flat side up in each paper cup.
Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and eggs all at one time, beating until light and fluffy. Spoon into muffin cups onto top of wafers.
Bake at 375º for 15 min.
Remove from pan to cool. Top with one tablespoon of cherry pie filling.
