Ingredients:  
3-4 Chicken Breast cut in 1” cubes
1 pound smoked sausage cut in bite sized
2 bell peppers chopped
1 onion chopped
2 celery stalks chopped
3 garlic cloves minced
1can diced tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
3 cups beef broth
1tbl dried parsley
1 ½ tsp dried basil
½ tbl oregano
1 tbl hot sauce
½ tbl salt
1 pound shrimp(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Add all in a crock pot add all together except shrimp. Cook on high 4 hrs, add shrimp
cook additional 30 min. Serve over rice.
