1 cup whole wheat flour,
3/4 cup all purpose flour,
2 T. sugar,
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder,
1/2 tsp. salt,
1 egg,
3/4 cup milk,
1/3 cup oil,
1 cup fresh blueberries plus 2 T. sugar

Directions:

Mix well both flours, 2 T. sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Make a well in the center of the mixture. Combine rest of the ingredients except the blueberries. Add and stir quickly until the dry ingredients are moistened. Sprinkle 2 T. of sugar over the blueberries and stir to coat. Stir into the mix and fill greased muffin pan (or use paper liners). Bake at 400 F for 25 minutes.
