1 stick margarine,
3-4 T. half & half,
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 lb. powdered sugar (approx.),
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave margarine, brown sugar and half & half until the margarine is completely melted. The mixture will be a thin syrup. Add vanilla and beat in enough powdered sugar to make good spreading consistency. May add more half & half to soften.

Really good on chocolate cakes.
Substitute 1/3 cocoa powder for brown sugar for chocolate frosting, but use softened margarine and warm half & half and do not microwave to make a syrup.
