1 T.. cornstarch
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 T. butter
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. horseradish
2 egg yolks, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cornstarch, sugar, mustard, salt, and water in heavy pan. Stir over low heat till it thickens and comes to a boil. Add butter, vinegar, and horseradish. Beat a little of the sauce into the egg yolks with a wire whisk and then dump whisking into sauce. Cook slowly and serve with corned beef or ham.
