1 c. self rising flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
Pinch of salt
1 stick of butter (cut into pieces)
2 c. fruit

Directions:
Preheat oven 350º and spray baking dish (9x11" deep dish) with nonstick spray. Hand beat first 4 ingredients. Pour into baking dish. Place fruit over batter. Place butter pieces over fruit/batter. Bake for 40-50 minutes until batter is golden brown.

Use fresh fruit or frozen such as peaches, blackberries, strawberries or mixed berries. This recipe is easy to double or triple for a crowd. Just remember to increase the cooking time accordingly.
