Ingredients:
Ingredients:
One pint oysters, plus liquid
1 bag Pepperidge Farm herb bread stuffing
1 can chicken broth
1 cup sliced celery (use the leafy top also)
1 medium onion, chopped
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
If oysters are large cut them smaller. Feel for any shell while doing this and discard.
Sauté onions and celery in butter until slightly cooked.
Gently mix all ingredients in large bowl.
I stuff the turkey with this and then place the remaining in a baking pan with a little melted butter drizzled on top. This is cooked just before dinner is ready for about 20 minutes, NOT the entire time the turkey is cooking!

Personal Notes:
This started out being a dish only Peter enjoyed until the boys grew up, and I acquired the taste. Now, Peter has to share.
