1 cup half & half
2 tsp. butter
1 tsp instant coffee
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp creme de menthe
1 tsp powdered sugar
1 (6 oz.) package semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat half & half to almost boiling on low heat.
In blender, on low, blend all other ingredients.
Carefully pour in hot half & half.
Increase blender to medium. Blend for two minutes.
Pour into individual dishes. Let cool on counter top before
refrigerating.
