1 cup cornmeal
1 cup flour
cajun seasoning (to taste)
2 tbsp olive oil
Tilapia filets

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornmeal, flour, and cajun seasoning together. Season tilapia filets with cajun seasoning to taste, also. Coat tilapia filets with cornmeal/flour mixture evenly on both sides. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil to medium high heat in frying pan. Cook tilapia for 3-4 minutes on each side.
