Ingredients:
1 cup soy sauce,
1 cup beer,
1 cup water,
1 tbsp minced garlic,
salt and pepper to taste,
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix the soy sauce, beer, water, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Place chicken in bowl, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator 8 hours or overnight. Turn chicken once while marinating. Discard marinade when ready to cook. Preheat grill for high heat and lightly oil grate. Grill chicken 10-15 minutes per side or until fully cooked.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I find that amber beer works best for this, as it gives it a richer taste. Also, I used large Ziploc bags to marinate. That way you can just flip the whole thing over to turn the chicken. Also works great with chicken tenderloins!
