1-ounce can water chestnuts, drained and cut in half
Soy sauce
Brown sugar
5 slices bacon, each cut into 4 pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate water chestnuts in soy sauce for 30 minutes. Roll in bown sugar and wrap in bacon pieces. Secure with a toothpick( which has been soaked in water)
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes in broiler pan so chestnuts will not sit in grease. Can be done ahead of time and reheated for 5 minutes mat 350 before seving
