2 cans either tuna or crabmeat, drained and flaked
1 pkg (16oz) stove top stuffing mix
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. mayonnaise

options: 3 tbsp tarter sauce
2 tbsp sweet relish
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
finely chopped celery, abt 1/2 cup
finely shredded carrots, abt 1/2 cup

Mix stuffing mix, water, mayo, and fish. Add options as desired. Shape into 12 patties using about 1/3 c mixture for each patty. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Heat non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray to medium heat. Cook each patty for about 6 minutes or until golden brown on each side.
