5 lb. hamburger (not to lean)
5 tsp. morton tender quick salt
2 tsp. mustard seed
2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 1/2 tsp. coarsley ground pepper
1 tsp. smoked salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together cover and refrigate overnight. Take out once a day for 3 days and remix, on the 4th day form into rolls. Put on broiler rack and pan.
Bake 175º for 8 hours.
