1-6oz pkg ( 1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate peices
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts chopped
1 c. flaked coconuts

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy saucepan melt together chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat: cool to lukewarm. Pour cooled mixture small mixing bowl. Beat in the egg till smooth and glossy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla: mix well. Stir in chopped nuts. Apply seal chill about 1 hr. Shape chilled mixture into 1 1/4 inch balls. Place coconut in bowl, roll balls in coconut to coat. Cover and chill at least 3 hrs. or til candy is firm.
