2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
3 c. oatmeal
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, milk, cocoa and butter in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until bubbly. Boil one minute. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, oatmeal, vanilla and salt. When completely mixed together, drop by heaping spoonfuls onto wax paper to cool. YUM!

These were yummy little treats whipped up by the fabulous cafeteria workers at my small town public school! I still remember how excited we all got when we found out that was the "dessert of the day"!
